It is an eagerly awaited moment circled in calendars by Bundesliga fans each year: the unveiling of their favourite club's new kit.

Augsburg

Augsburg have stuck to what they know in 2017/18: it's a lovely red-and-white number that we'll be seeing at the WWK ARENA, with monochrome green and grey away and third kits respectively.

Bayer Leverkusen

Launched alongside the slogan "11 stripes for the Werkself", the new Leverkusen shirt features surprisingly enough, 11 diagonal stripes on the front - one for every player on the pitch - while sticking to the traditional club colours of red and black.

Bayern Munich

The record champions have opted for a retro look with their home kit, inspired by their all-conquering teams of the 1970s.

Borussia Dortmund

BVB launched their new jerseys accompanied by the motto 'Pure Emotion'. Among the new features is the fading of black to yellow, and vice versa, on the horizontal stripes.

Borussia Mönchengladbach

The official club website describes the new work uniform thus: "The Borussia home shirt features the traditional black and white club colours and is one that any lover of fine details will admire." A lofty claim, but hard to dispute!

Cologne

'Ready to stretch every sinew' is the motto that accompanied the launch of Cologne's new home get-up. The Billy Goats love a white-and-red variation - this time the Carnival club have opted for vertical stripes. Fetching!

Eintracht Frankfurt

Frankfurt unveiled their new kits while also announcing their new sponsors, Indeed. The almost all-white number has black pin-stripes, thinner than in recent seasons. On the road, the Eagles will be decked all in black.

The Black Forest side gave their new kit a first public airing in their final home game of the season, a 1-1 draw at home to Ingolstadt on Matchday 33.

Hannover

Promoted Hannover are bringing burgundy back to the Bundesliga. A black fade effect can be seen rising from the waistline of the Reds' home shirt, as well as their green - let's call it parakeet - away ensemble. Hannover's white change strip features a slick black and green sash.

Hertha Berlin

The capital club went all out to present their kit for the new season as they hung a massive version over 200 feet in the air off the top of the Siegessäule (Victory Column) in the heart of Berlin's Tiergarten.

The Old Lady have stuck with a tried-and-tested formula for this new kit, but with the noticeable addition of gold outlines around the club crest to celebrate their 125th anniversary. Will that push them on for gold in 2017/18?
